Q:  What kind of patients do we see?

A:  All adults and children are welcome. We treat medical conditions which need prompt care, but are not life-threatening.

Q:  Who will care for me?

A:  We are staffed with licensed physicians that have many years of emergency medicine and family practice experience.

Q:  What is Web Check-In?

A:  Web Check-In is an online tool to save you time and energy. You can register from the comfort of your home or office. This process will make your total visit much shorter.

Q:  How long will I have to wait?

A:  Our goal is to have you not wait at all. Because we do not typically treat serious injuries and illnesses, the wait time is usually much less than that of an emergency department. Your time is our priority! We will do our very best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have 80% of our patients in and out in under an hour.

Q:  Is it more affordable than an emergency department visit?

A:  Fees may be higher than a visit to a primary care physician, but much less than an emergency department or a hospital owned urgent care centers. Other urgent care centers often bill you exactly like an emergency department. We believe you should only pay for the services you utilize. Therefore, we have eliminated these costly facitlity fees that are often $250 or more.

Q:  Do you take insurance and what forms of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept most private insurance plans including Medicare. We also accept cash, MasterCard and Visa.

Q:  How much does it cost if I don't have insurance?

A:  We have a fantastic program for the uninsured or if you qualify based on financial need. There is a base charge of $89 for the physician evaluation. If you have a procedure performed, your total physician cost is $130. There are additional costs for X-Rays, immunizations, splints, prescription medications, outside labs and occupational medicine.

Q:  Do you dispense prescription medications on site?

A:  Yes, we have approximately 60 prescription medications that we dispense on site to save you time and money. The majority of our medicines cost $15. You will leave with your medications in hand and avoid a trip to the pharmacy.
