Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) continues to improve the Greater Saint Louis area’s access to fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare with the opening of its thirteenth urgent care facility in the Tower Grove neighborhood. The Tower Grove location will open its doors on June 13, 2017, located at 3114 South Grand Boulevard in the South Grand Business District. The Tower Grove community will have access to high-quality medical treatment with an outstanding patient experience 365 days per year from 8AM to 8PM.
Dr. Matt Bruckel founded TAUC in 2008 as an alternative to the high costs and long waits that plague hospital emergency rooms. TAUC operates as a low-acuity ER with the capability to start IVs, perform EKGs, run labs onsite, splint fractures, drain abscesses, suture lacerations, reduce dislocations, and perform digital X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds. TAUC provides many of the same diagnostic and treatment capabilities of the ER, but the prices are one-eighth of the cost charged by the ER. Patients also can expect to be registered, examined, tested, treated, and discharged in as little as one hour. TAUC continues to expand its presence in the Saint Louis area with planned sites in Bridgeton, Hampton, O’Fallon North, Tower Grove, and Valley Park.
Total Access Urgent Care is open daily with extended hours at the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location from 6AM to 10PM and standard 8AM to 8PM hours at the Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, Florissant, O’Fallon South, South County, Saint Charles, Saint Louis Hills, Sunset Hills, Town and Country, and Wentzville locations.
