Dr. Matthew Bruckel

Dr. Matthew Bruckel founded Total Access with the goal of changing the landscape of health care in St. Louis. The insights gained during Dr. Bruckel's decade-long service as an Emergency provider fuel his desire to optimize every patient's experience; he begins by hiring the best staff and providing a cost-effective alternative to the traditional health care system. Dr. Bruckel proudly serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Total Access Urgent Care. In this role, Dr. Bruckel is responsible for recruiting and hiring top-notch providers, strategic market growth, and improving every patient's experience at the best Urgent Care organization in the St. Louis area. Dr. Bruckel's vast Emergency Department experience, coupled with an Emergency Medicine Board Certification and his ER residency-trained background, provides a "lead by example" image for the entire Total Access Urgent Care team of physicians. Dr. Bruckel's commitment to exceptional care correlates to an outcomes-driven practice model and quantifiably high patient satisfaction. Dr. Bruckel is a Fellow of both the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM), and is also a member of the Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA). Utilizing these experiences, Dr. Bruckel actively incorporates Evidence-Based Practice as a central component of Total Access Urgent Care's Mission. Academically, Dr. Bruckel earned a B.S. in Biochemical Sciences (Summa Cum Laude) from Auburn University in 1993, Doctor of Medicine from Washington University School of Medicine in 1997, and served as Chief Resident at the University of Maryland / Shock Trauma Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Additionally, Dr. Bruckel proudly served overseas and in combat zones as an Emergency Physician and Lieutenant Commander in the Medical Corps of the United States Navy.

Tony Caskey

Dr. Troy Dinkel joined Total Access Urgent Care because he shares and is driven by the vision of its founder: to fundamentally improve the delivery of acute health care such that it consistently achieves high quality, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. As the Chief Medical Officer of TAUC, Dr. Dinkel is responsible for physician and APP quality and practice standards, clinical oversight and training, process improvement for all clinical operations, and regulatory compliance. In Dr. Dinkel's last role, he served as Chief Product Officer at Inovalon where he was responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, service delivery, performance, and reporting of all developed products and solutions. Prior to joining Inovalon, Dr. Dinkel served as Chief Operations Officer, leading a key role in the development and expansion of Lafayette Emergency Care and Monticello Emergency Care, providers of acute care and radiological services for hospital systems within Indiana. At LEC and MEC, Dr. Dinkel was responsible for all operations as well as a wide array of corporate initiatives encompassing provider management, government audit and appeal programs, strategic partnerships, corporate strategic growth programs, and efficiency improvement programs. Prior to this, Dr. Dinkel served as Chief Medical Officer at Great Lakes Naval Hospital Emergency Department and as Assistant Department Head at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a respective acute care operations and resources.

Tony Caskey

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Caskey, R.Ph., joined Total Access Urgent Care because he is passionate about delivering and accelerating Dr. Bruckel's vision of transforming the delivery of fast, friendly and affordable acute health care in every community we serve and to every patient that visits our facilities. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Total Access Urgent Care. In this role he is responsible for daily operations, strategic partnerships, retail and vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, financial analysis and reporting, and strategic growth. Tony has over 26 years of health care leadership experience and is a licensed pharmacist, earning his degree from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. Tony has extensive operational experience in retail, mail, specialty and the long term care business that includes new market entry and large scale Integrations. Prior to this role, Tony has served as Area Vice President CVS Health leading over 1,600 Target Pharmacy locations integrating into CVS Operations as well as Vice President Long Term Care in Operations and Account Management. Tony is a purpose driven leader and is passionate and committed to creating an excellent patient experience.
