Keeping You Safe

Total Access Urgent Care’s highest priority is the health and safety of our patients. To protect you and our team, we have implemented safety protocols recommended by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are committed to eliminating the decision between securing your health and protecting your safety.

Face Masks

For everyone’s safety, Total Access Urgent Care’s staff, patients, and visitors are required to wear a mask throughout their visit. Patients and visitors are encouraged to wear their own masks. If a patient or visitor does not have a face mask, Total Access Urgent Care will provide one.

Sanitizing & Disinfecting

In alignment with the CDC recommendations, Total Access is taking measures to prevent the community spread of COVID-19. This includes undertaking enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures:

  • All high-touch areas are thoroughly cleaned and frequently disinfected.
  • Treatment rooms are deep-cleaned after every patient.
  • The airflow in our rooms (from smallest to largest) exceeds the CDC requirements for the removal of airborne contaminants. Our patient room airflow is greater than the airflow of other healthcare facilities, including standard hospital rooms.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are located in every room and throughout the clinic.
  • Hand cleaning stations are located in the clinical area and trauma rooms. Staff follow strict handwashing and protective equipment guidelines.
  • Medical equipment is thoroughly disinfected between patients.

Social Distancing & Responsible Visitor Policy

TAUC recommends that our patients follow social distancing guidelines:

Social Distancing:

  • Patients are advised to remain six feet apart from others during their visit.
  • Patients are immediately registered and placed in a private patient room.
  • The chairs in the lobby have been widely separated.
