Total Access Urgent Care Breaks 10,000 Patients per Month Milestone

Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®), the highest-rated and reviewed healthcare organization in the St. Louis region, has accomplished another exciting milestone. In October of 2015, TAUC’s top-notch doctors and clinical teams provided complete compassionate care to over 10,000 patients. In November of 2015, TAUC once again delivered healthcare that is fast, friendly, and affordable to over 10,000 patients. In December, TAUC was honored to care for over 11,000 patients as one milestone gave way to the next.

Dr. Matt Bruckel founded TAUC in 2008 and pioneered a model with the goal of fundamentally improving emergency medical care. Dr. Bruckel and his handpicked staff provide immediate walk-in treatment for patients in under an hour from check-in to check-out 85% of the time.

Dr. Bruckel’s vision added another milestone in late 2015 by surpassing 300,000 historical patient visits. Over 90% of these patients responded to online consumer review sites (Yelp, Google, and Yellow Book) have given the patient experience a 5-star rating.

Six TAUC locations are scheduled to open in the next 15 months, including Wentzville, Creve Coeur, St. Louis, Florissant, O’Fallon, and Oakville. TAUC’s state-of-the-art medical facilities are equipped with a medical team adept at providing a wide range of services including everything from IV hydration to stitches and from lab work to CT scans. Walk-in patients are welcome from 6am-10pm at the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location, and 8am-8pm in Chesterfield, Town and Country, South County, St. Louis Hills, and St. Charles.
