Total Access Urgent Care Achieves 500,000th Patient Milestone

Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) has reached a significant milestone having treated its 500,000th patient since opening in 2008. Of these 500,000 patient visits, over 90% of those responding to online consumer review sites (Yelp, Google, and Yellow Book) have given the patient experience a 5-star rating. TAUC stands as the fastest growing and highest rated health care organization in Missouri by focusing on each patient’s experience.

In 2008, Dr. Matt Bruckel pioneered the TAUC model built on fast, friendly, and affordable care at a fraction of the cost of visiting the ER. TAUC provides immediate medical service to walk-in patients. Eighty-five percent of walk-in patients are registered, evaluated, examined, tested, counseled, treated and discharged in less than one hour. The TAUC team is adept at providing a wide range of medical services including everything from IV hydration to stitches and from lab work to CT Scans.

TAUC has eleven state-of-the-art medical facilities located throughout St. Louis and St. Charles County. As the need for high-quality, easily accessible, and affordable healthcare grows, TAUC is expanding its reach in 2017-2018, with new facilities planned in Bridgeton, Florissant, Hampton, O’Fallon North, Tower Grove, and Valley Park. Each of these new locations will provide the same unique urgent care experience to the community, operating as a low-acuity emergency room at one-eighth of the cost of a hospital ER.

Total Access Urgent Care is open daily with extended hours at the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location from 6am-10pm and standard 8am-8pm hours at the Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, O’Fallon South, South County, St. Charles, St. Louis Hills, Sunset Hills, Town and Country, and Wentzville locations. Total Access Urgent Care’s mission is to create fast, friendly, and affordable health care in every community. For additional information, visit
