Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) has expanded its St. Louis Hills location at 6900 Chippewa St., St. Louis, MO 63109, by 3000 square feet to include 12 additional patient rooms, additional provider coverage, and a state-of-the-art CT Scanner.
Dr. Matthew Bruckel founded TAUC in 2008. His decade-long service in various ERs as an emergency medicine physician fueled his desire to create a practice that provides the majority of emergency room services, but removes the high-cost, long waits, complexity, and lack of customer service that plague hospital ERs.
TAUC has become the highest rated health organization in St. Louis by focusing on each patient’s experience. Eighty-five percent of walk-in patients are registered, evaluated, examined, tested, counseled, treated and discharged in less than one hour.
Based on the continued need for fast, friendly, and affordable care in the St. Louis Hills community, TAUC is increasing patient rooms, expanding provider coverage and adding a new CT Scanner. The St. Louis Hills location will more than double its present capacity with a new total of 21 exam rooms, on-site digital X-Ray, and a new CT scanner. This expansion will allow patients to continue to receive the compassionate and efficient care to which they have become accustomed. TAUC’s goal is to eliminate the need for a waiting room and to have patients receive treatment and answers in their own private, clean, and comfortable treatment room. Treatment rooms include free Wi-Fi and cable TV with patient-controlled channel selection.
TAUC is excited to continue expansion plans and serve the greater St. Louis community. TAUC is open seven days per week, including holidays, with extended hours at the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location from 6am-10pm and standard 8am-8pm hours at the Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, South County, St. Charles, St. Louis Hills, Town and Country, and Wentzville locations.
