Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) opened its eleventh facility on January 2, 2017, at 3802 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Sunset Hills, MO 63127. TAUC Sunset Hills offers top notch medical treatment and operates with most of the capabilities of a low-acuity ER, at one-eighth of the cost. Dr. Matthew Bruckel founded TAUC in early 2008. His decade-long service in various ERs as an emergency medicine physician fueled his desire to create an urgent care that provides the majority of emergency room services, but removes the high-cost, long waits, complexity, and lack of customer service that plague hospital ERs.
The TAUC model is centered on fast, friendly, and compassionate care at a small fraction of the cost of visiting the ER. TAUC has become the fastest growing, highest rated health care organization in St. Louis by focusing on each patient’s experience. Eighty-five percent of walk-in patients are registered, evaluated, examined, tested, counseled, treated and discharged in less than one hour.
Total Access Urgent Care is open daily with extended hours at the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location from 6am-10pm and standard 8am-8pm hours at the Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, O’Fallon South, South County, St. Charles, St. Louis Hills, Sunset Hills, Town and Country, and Wentzville locations. Total Access Urgent Care’s mission is to create fast, friendly, and affordable health care in every community. In an effort to fulfill TAUC’s mission, expansion plans are underway in Bridgeton, Florissant, Hampton, O’Fallon North, Tower Grove, and Valley Park. For additional information, visit www.TAUC.com.
