Who We Help

Treating Patients of All Ages & Walks of Life

Our mission at Total Access Urgent Care is to provide friendly, fast and affordable care to everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you are a mother bringing her sick child in for a checkup or you are an elderly individual in need of a vaccination, our friendly team of professionals is here to help.

We accept most forms of insurance and we offer flexible payment plans for the uninsured. Our facilities offer the same services as hospital urgent cares and emergency rooms, but at a much lower cost. Learn how we can help you by calling (314) 656-7899 or by visiting any of our many convenient locations!

Infants & Children
Young children, especially infants and babies, are much more susceptible to illness and injury. We provide immunizations, vaccinations, and checkups for young children. Our professionals can also conduct digital X-rays and other such procedures in case of injury or another medical condition.

Pre-teens and teenagers often need medical attention for illness and injury. We provide physical exams, vaccinations, and injury treatment for sprains, breaks, cuts, and bruises. We offer occupational medicine services, such as physicals for athletes, and we also conduct drug and alcohol tests. Your child's well-being will be our main concern from start to finish.

As an adult, it is wise to receive regular physical exams and to address any health concerns right away. If you are unable to see your primary care doctor, we are here for you! We treat common illnesses and injuries and offer everything from CT scans to digital X-rays and ultrasounds*. We also handle unique cases such as workers' compensation injuries. Our facilities provide pharmacy services in-house so that you walk out with your prescription in hand and avoid another wait at the local pharmacy.

*If you need an ultrasound, please visit any location to be evaluated by a board certified provider. Once evaluated, TAUC will schedule your ultrasound at the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location.

Our team provides friendly and professional care for the elderly. Whether you need a flu vaccination, have fallen and suffered a serious injury, or need to diagnose a medical condition and get a prescription, our doctors and medical team are here for you.

Total Access Urgent Care is privately-owned and operated by a board certified provider, Dr. Matthew Bruckel. Each member of our team is hand-picked for their experience and their dedication to friendly, professional service. On average, the time frame of a patient's visit – from walking through the door to walking out, medications in hand – is under an hour! This is in direct contrast to the long waits and terrible service that is often found at hospital urgent care centers and emergency rooms.
