The comprehensive 7-week EMT program will prepare you for a career in EMS by teaching you key emergency care concepts, by preparing you with practicing technical skills, and by providing you with hands-on patient experience.

Weekly Classroom Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Our 7-week accelerated program holds classes three days per week. If you prefer evening classes, please consider our 12-week program.
Key Concepts
- Effective communication skills and documentation techniques
- Medical terminology, basic anatomy, physiology, and life span development
- Competent assessment skills, including vital signs, for medical, trauma, pediatric, and special populations
- CPR skills and airway management including the placement of supraglottic airway devices
- General pharmacology
- Care techniques for respiratory, cardiac, abdominal, allergic reactions/poisonings, pediatric, trauma emergencies, and many others
- Demonstration of effective vehicle extrication techniques
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Our program includes Basic Life Support certification to prepare you for emergencies. BLS certification trains in CPR techniques for adult and pediatric patients and provides AED training in the event of cardiac arrest.
Certification Preparation
Total Access EMT has designed the program to prepare you to become a fully licensed EMT. The course will prepare you to take a Psychomotor Skills Exam as well as the NREMT Cognitive Exam.
