facilities are equipped with advanced diagnostics, including CT Scans,
Ultrasound Imaging (Rock Hill location only), and Digital X-rays. These
advanced technologies provide high-quality imaging, fast results, and
accurate diagnostics. These services are delivered at one-eighth the cost
of an emergency room visit and one-quarter of the cost of hospital-owned
urgent care, often in less than one hour.
As the fastest growing and highest-rated healthcare organization in Greater St. Louis, patients are choosing to be evaluated at Total Access Urgent Care to avoid expensive bills and long waits in the emergency room.
For comprehensive imaging, all locations are equipped with Digital X-ray. Digital X-rays are used to diagnose a wide range of illnesses and injuries. X-rays are frequently used to evaluate bones for fractures, lungs for pneumonia, and wounds for foreign bodies.

All CT Scans are sent to a radiologist who will perform an in-depth analysis of the image and compose a written report of its findings. After the scan patients are provided with a written report as well as a treatment plan outlined by one of our urgent care physicians.
